Woman at night was wonderful at the desk helped me I had forgot my phone charger she also had a dog which was so lovely and makes sense at night to have extra help with her

The overnight desk clerk was amazing. Her customer service was A+. Room was a good size and clean. Bed was comfy and the hotel was close to downtown Milwaukee and had plenty of dining and shopping options around.

Pool area was clean. The whole hotel overall was clean. Breakfast was decent. 24 hour coffee was a plus.

The room was just right not to small nor not to big for a couple. The pools, and jacuzzi was great also.

Staff was super friendly and accompanying. We had concerns about a dark spot under the mattress cover. The front desk guy was understanding and helpful as he and my husband searched the spots. It was just lint. Lol Thankfully, no bed bugs as we suspected. The front desk was helpful in putting our food in their refrigerator so we could go out for the day and explore the city after we checked out.

Nearly everything was just right. The parking was easy, the hotel easy to find, breakfast was abundant. The room was very comfortable and larger than we expected.

Close to I43 ,so quick access to the city (6-8 mi) Good breakfast ,enough choices , view on garden Quiet location,no noise from traffic or airport

I thought the hotel was Very Clean and offered a great breakfast selection. The room was so nice, the king bed was so comfortable and we loved the big 65 inch TV as well. We travel to Wisconsin about 5 times a year to visit family and I will definitely stay there again!! VERY SATISFIED

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub area was awesome. They offered a great breakfast with waffles, eggs, cereal and pastries. It was an overall great value.. I will definitely stay here again!

I liked the modern design of the rooms. Clean. Environmentally conscious.I liked that they included a receptacle for recycling (not just a wastebasket) in the room. I liked that they used refillable dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, eliminating the tiny plastic containers usually provided for guests at most hotels. The plates, utensils, beverage containers used at the breakfast were compostable. Lovely lobby and good location in Chinatown
